Making sure that the interiors are a true reflection of our client's needs and goals is essential to the success of any project. We take the time to get to know our clients' personal styles, lifestyles, and objectives during the brief stage as well as how they plan to use the home. Through site visits, floor plans, and photos, we develop a picture of your project in it's entirety and ensure we understand fully all relevant details, including the timeframes, budgets and any administrative or structural needs.

We interpret our detailed brief and then present the conceptual designs, which will include floor plans showing the suggested furniture layouts and any necessary structural changes, as well as mood board presentations with samples of suggested finishes and imagery of potential furniture and joinery concepts. In order to ensure we're on the same page, we encourage our clients to provide as much feedback as they can at this stage, which enhances the collaboratory experience.

We then move further into the design development and detailed design stage of the project when all of the concept designs have been approved. For the clients' approval, we present the final designs for the bespoke furniture and joinery, along with all final finishes, carefully chosen art, and accessories. We will also offer a completely itemised breakdown of costs in accordance with the established budget at this point.

The schedule of work will be explained and approved by the clients. We'll attend regular site meetings to ensure our designs are being executed to their exact specifications and that the project is moving as planned once all onsite needs have been satisfied. We'll keep the client informed and conduct the snagging during the snagging period so they can relax and enjoy their home with confidence.
